On April 7, RIT honored Industrial Design senior Emily Moore as a 2015-2016 RIT Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar. Emily is one of 117 students—one percent of RIT’s undergraduate student body—to receive this distinction. Students who have met the criteria for this scholarship have a minimum GPA of 3.85 out of 4.0 and have made strong contributions in community engagement, creative work, civic activities, and or independent research. In addition to her work as an industrial design student, Emily is also the Women’s Club Volleyball President and the CIAS Senator in RIT’s student government.
