At the October 10 meeting of RIT’s IDSA Student Chapter, Frank Blasi gave a presentation and showed dozens of samples of the work of Serigraph, one of the manufacturers Mr. Blasi represents for L&B Worldwide. Serigraph, based in Wisconsin, is a leader in two-shot injection molding, in-mold decorating, and other processes at the leading edge of plastics technology. Earlier in the afternoon, Frank had presented a similar demonstration for students in the senior Design Collaborative course, who are working on concepts for personal insulin pumps used in diabetes management.
