Recent graduates Ben Hudson and August Kawski will be exhibiting in Gallery r starting this Friday, July 20th. Their exhibit aims to show the process behind a collaborative project in which they designed interior lighting for Cure, a bar that recently opened in the Rochester Public Market.
Ben and August were part of a team that included Rob Guglielmo and Josh Rivers, as well as RIT alum Chuck Cerankosky (’03), who along with Dan Martello are the co-owners of Cure.
The lighting draws inspiration from agricultural equipment, apothecary themes, and gives reference to the atmosphere and local flavor of the Rochester Public Market.
